A quick update

Hello again!  We are having a wonderful time here at the Steve Hurst School of Music!  Our days are FILLED with lessons, classes, worship, concerts, and caffeteria food!  (No squash yet, but I'm sure it's coming!) 

Yesterday, we had private lessons with both Jim Brady of the Booth Brothers, as well as his wife, Melissa Brady.  They are wonderful people and they gave us lots of good encouragement and tips.  Last night the Booth Brothers were in concert.  It was such a special evening for all of us!  They are transparent, honest communicators.  We laughed, cried and worshipped the incredible God that we sing for!

This morning we had a lesson with Debra Talley and she worked us good!  It is awesome to get ideas and suggestions to improve or give more energy to a song!  It is a stretching week for all of us.  I can't wait to see what is next....

I'm late for my class, but I promise I'll write more soon!
