Thursday at Fan Fest

Hello!

Fan Fest is officially underway!  It's been a great first day.  Allison and I arrived in Fresno around 4:30pm.  We quickly checked into our hotel and then headed to Save Mart Arena.  One of the best parts of the day was discovering that Wesley Pritchard is here running the sound!  It is so good to see him again and we are all resting a bit easier knowing he'll be at the controls when we sing on Saturday.  The concert tonight was great and we're looking forward to a full weekend of singing!

This weekend is like a Music Reunion!  We get to see many of the gospel singers we've come to love as well as folks who love this music as much as we do.  Over the years, we've become friends with so many great people at the Fan Fest and it is fun to reconnect.

Tomorrow, I am getting up crazy-early to go golfing with Dad and Uncle Daryl.  I admit I'm a bit nervous to play with them, but I did a bit of practicing this morning.  I'll let you know how it goes...I just may not post the scores!  :)

It's late and time for me to sign off for the night!  More later...
